Each comprehensive visit is custom-made to introduce safe and effective motion into specific joints to increase mobility and improve movement patterns. Chiropractic adjusting can be provided manually (with or without "pops") or instrument-based.

In addition to the chiropractic adjusting, soft-tissue work and assisted stretching is performed to affected stiff, tense, or restricted muscles.

THE non-surgical approach for those suffering with symptoms associated with disc herniations, bulges and other disc-related pathologies, such as sciatica or numbness and tingling in hands. Sold in packages for optimum results.

For our patients we offer periodic follow-up x rays to measure improvements in spinal movement and posture. Also offered to patients under care with other chiropractors without in-house imaging services. (We can't be the office for everyone, but can share our facilities!)

Provides relief to trigger points, tight muscles, and knots that lacrosse balls, massage-guns and foam rollers just can't reach.
